Loscam’s executive team and internal staff celebrate the opening of the new Mangere depot in Auckland

MANGERE, Auckland, New Zealand – June 25, 2025 — Located in the heart of Auckland’s logistics hub, Loscam officially opened its new depot at 13 Freight Place, Mangere, earlier this month. This event marks another major milestone in Loscam’s support of New Zealand’s fast-growing supply chain demands. Since re-establishing its presence in New Zealand, Loscam has continued to invest in product solutions, infrastructure development, and in growing its dedicated and passionate local team.

The Mangere facility occupies a significant footprint within Auckland’s key logistics precinct, offering seamless access to major transport routes including Auckland Airport and the Port of Auckland. This strategic location enables efficient repair, washing, loading, and storage operations, improving turnaround times and enhancing supply chain connectivity across New Zealand and the wider region.

Daniel Bunnett, EVP of Loscam ANZ, highlighted the importance of this expansion: “Our Mangere depot is a further key milestone demonstrating to the local market our long-term commitment. The growth of our New Zealand business is driven by a passionate local team dedicated to better supporting the market. This new facility not only increases our capacity for future growth but also delivers immediate benefits such as improved access and reduced loading times for our customers.”

Bryan Wardrop, Loscam NZ Country Manager, emphasized the company’s commitment to quality and service: “This investment in infrastructure and people lays a strong foundation for ongoing growth and reinforces our dedication to delivering best-in-class service across Aotearoa.”

The opening ceremony featured a traditional Māori blessing, symbolizing Loscam’s respect for local heritage and its commitment to fostering strong community ties. The new depot significantly enhances Loscam’s operational capabilities, allowing for faster turnaround and greater reliability.

Sirin Limpaitoon, Group CEO, expressed pride in the team’s achievements and the company’s future: “Since re-entering the New Zealand market in 2012, our business has grown from strength to strength. This impressive new facility is a testament to that growth and our ongoing commitment to both exceptional customer service and providing a safe, supportive working environment for our people.”
