Overview

Board Committee Oversight:

1. To supervise the Loscam’s ESG direction, strategy and performance.
2. To endorse Loscam’s long-term goals and strategies on ESG.
3. To hold ultimate accountability for overseeing Loscam’s ESG activities.
4. To assess Loscam’s risk tolerance and supervises the application of ESG risk mitigation strategies.
5. To regularly evaluate corporate governance and sustainability related matters, creating necessary action plans.
6. To approve the ESG report.

Management Oversight:

1. To evaluate and determine Loscam’s ESG related risks and endorse the ESG report for the Board Committee’s approval.
2. To assist the Board Committee in identifying and managing the ESG-related risks and opportunities.
3. To implement corporate strategies as defined by the Board Committee and ensure that ESG considerations are integrated into the company’s overall business strategy.
4. To develop and review policies related to environmental protection, social responsibility, and governance practices and ensure that these policies are in line with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices as well as overall strategy.
5. To supervise ESG topics and monitor progress towards ESG targets.
6. To provide the Group’s holistic perspective and expertise in the technical aspects of ESG management.
7. To ensure that the company’s ESG performance is communicated transparently to stakeholders.

Task Force Oversight:

1. Integrated throughout the business, be responsible for coordinating and implementing ESG matters and initiatives related to their business function.
2. To implement ESG policies and guidelines across the organisation and ensure compliance with ESG related policies and regulations.
3. To translate the ESG strategy developed by the ESG committee into actionable plans and coordinate and execute ESG initiatives across different departments.
4. To promote ESG awareness and training among employees and encourages employee participation in ESG initiatives.
5. To collect and analyse data related to ESG performance metrics and monitors progress against ESG targets and KPIs.
6. To develop and execute communication plans to promote ESG efforts internally and externally. 
7. To contribute to the development of ESG reports.
