State Manager - New South Wales / Australian Capital Territory
Natasha joined Loscam as NSW State Manager in 2011 after 20 years of service with major Australian retailer Woolworths. In her time at Woolworths Natasha undertook a range of key tasks which ultimately led to her promotion leading a large team as their National ULD Manager. Since joining Loscam Natasha has built a strong local team that prides itself on customer service, operational excellence and strong sales growth. Natasha led the campaign to gain CMG Board approval for the significant investment into a second major depot for Sydney. The purpose built facility located in Erskine Park, is a world class equipment repair centre and commenced operations in late 2017.
State Manager - Queensland
Irene commenced employment with Loscam in Feb 2004 in a customer service/HMS role after previously working in supply chain and logistics. In 2006 she was promoted into a Sales Executive role and then two years later to the State Sales Managers role. In 2009 Irene took on the Qld State Managers role and in that time experienced the devastating floods of 2011 in Brisbane, which seriously impacted the business providing both opportunities and many challenges. In 2017, Irene was involved with the successfully managed planning, building, development and transition to our new Richlands depot. Irene holds a Diploma of Business, Diploma of Management and Diploma of Human Resources.
State Manager - South Australia/ Northern Territory / Western Australia
James was appointed State Manager for Loscam in 2013. Prior to this he has held various general management positions, developing his career in 3rd party logistics across business development, operations and account management. With a focus on best practise operations, safety and new business growth James assists businesses to implement supply chain improvement solutions. His career has evolved working with organisations across industrial, automotive, retail, agribusiness and food manufacturing sectors. James holds a Bachelor of Business (Transport & Logistics) with distinction from RMIT University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Melbourne. In 2017, James was winner of the Business News, 40under40 award.
States Manager - Victoria / Tasmania
Bryan joined Loscam in 2014 to the role of State Manager – Victoria/Tasmania. He previously worked in senior management roles within the transport and logistics industry managing blue chip FMCG clients and their operations. Bryan is passionate about working with his customers to add value to their supply chain and, just as importantly, creating strong team engagement of everyone working together to create this customer success. Bryan holds a Graduate Certificate in Management.
National Business Manager - New Zealand
Nick has been appointed to different sales roles during 2004 -2010 to drive Loscam’s NSW and Victoria businesses. He was further assigned as Business Development Executive – Australia in February 2011 and was promoted to the National Business Manager for New Zealand in 2013. He further rose up the rank in 2018 to his current position as New Zealand Country Manager.
Nick has been working with many multinational brands on the design, development, and launch of new solutions. The recent success includes I6s, the IDG10, and Heater Matts launches in ANZ along with delivering growth in the NZ market.
Kelly joined Loscam in 2010 as a Financial Accountant and has then held a number of key roles within the Australian business, such as Senior Financial Account and then Australian Finance Manager.
In January 2014, Kelly was appointed as Financial Controller Australia and then in 2015 to her current role as Financial Controller – Australia & New Zealand.
She continues to successfully manage the finance function within ANZ region and ensures all regional and group targets and deliverable's as set by Corporate Finance are delivered by the ANZ finance team.
Kelly holds a Bachelor in Business Accounting from Monash University in Melbourne and is also a CPA.
Human Resources Manager – Australia and New Zealand
Donna joined Loscam in 2012 and has assisted in driving HR initiatives: Loscam Recognition Program, Communications, HR People Practice, Policy and Performance, that has led to improved people outcomes and engagement for the Australian and New Zealand teams. Donna is currently undertaking a Master in Psychology (Organisational – Deakin University), holds a Master of Business – Industrial Relations & Human Resources (Victoria University) and is a Provisional Psychologist.
Having joined Loscam Australia in 2000, Zarir manages Loscam IT’s Global Operations & Infrastructure. Focusing on the areas of Data Centre, Cloud, Networks and Infrastructure Services Management, Zarir has been driving the expansion of Loscam’s Global Infrastructure footprint in line with the business strategy. While working closely with a wide set of stakeholders and application teams across all Loscam regions to design and manage architectures that deliver best of breed IT solutions to meet the business needs into the future.
Ansen Gao joined Loscam in 2011, and currently serves as the Deputy General Manager of Loscam Greater China, responsible for sales and marketing business. Prior to his current role, he was the Director of Emerging Area, Director of business development, and then appointed as the Deputy General Manager (operations). Mr. Gao has rich experience in logistics and pooling business management, who not only is the key compiler in several National/ Industry standards, but also serves as the Committee member in leading industry associations. Before joining Loscam, Mr. Gao was the Board member in China Merchants Dichain Group, Assistant VP in China Merchants Dichain Consulting Co, Ltd, and General manager of Oriental Disc Manufacturing Co, Ltd. during 2001-2011.
Mr. Gao received an MBA degree from University of South Australia.
Deputy General Manager - Greater China
Tracy Zhang joined Loscam as Senior Manager of Group Business Analysis and Development in 2011, and was promoted to Head of Group Strategic Research in (2014?). She was then appointed as Deputy General Manager - Greater China and the Head of Group Board Management Office in 2016, responsible for Greater China’s strategic planning, business analysis & internal control functions, as well as the group board and shareholders’ affairs. Prior to her roles in Loscam, she was worked in Business Development Department of China Merchants Group from 2006 – 2011, where she participated in the acquisition of Loscam in 2010.
Tracy Zhang received both her Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Transportation Management (Logistics) from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
Deputy General Manager - Greater China
Gavin Li currently serves as Deputy General Manager at LOSCAM (Greater China), he is responsible for Operations and Procurement & Supply Chain Management. He previously served as General Manager at LOSCAM (Malaysia), Head of Commercial Department and Senior Manager of Business Development at LOSAM (Greater China). Prior to joining Loscam, He has served as Senior Project Director in Office of Project Management of China Merchants Group where he worked on M&A, Strategic Planning, and Business Development.
Gavin Li has both Master’s degree and Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Wuhan University of Technology.
Senior Director - Finance Department - Greater China
Tracy Deng joined Loscam as Head of Finance Department of Greater China in 2011. She used to serve for China Merchants Group as senior project manager in business development department from year 2009 to 2011, where she is responsible for due diligence and financial analysis for investments and mergers. She used to serve Preparatory Committee of Shenzhen Port Dachan Bay Container Terminal Phase II during 2007-2009 and she was responsible for the management of finance and general affairs department. Prior to year 2007, she worked for Shekou Container Terminals as deputy manager of finance department, her main job duties included accounting, tax, insurance and reporting.
Tracy Deng received a Master’s Degree in The University of New South Wales and a Bachelor’s degree in Analytical Chemistry in Sichuan University. She is a certified public accountant.
